preparatory visit

If you would like to cooperate with our organization in the frame of Leonardo da Vinci 2013 call for proposal our Organization is open to Invite you for a Preparatory Visit in our Institution, in Italy.

We are available to draft a programme, tailored to your expectation and the goal you would like to reach with your LLP Programme.

The preparatory visit has to be submitted from you to your National Agency which will finance the grants required.

Usually, a grant is awarded to just one person per visit, only in exceptional cases two staff from the same institution can be awarded a grant to undertake a visit together. Only one visit per potential project will be funded. Applications for preparatory visits are not eligible once the corresponding project application has been submitted.

The objective of the preparatory visit is to help institutions eligible for the Leonardo da Vinci Programme wishing to establish a new Mobility project to contact and meet our institution and our local stakeholders and/or develop a work plan in order to prepare the grant application of February 2013.

 During our meeting here in Sicily we will meet in order to:

• define the aims, objectives and methodology of the future project;
• define partner roles, responsibilities and tasks within the future project;
• develop a work plan for the future project, including methods for monitoring, evaluation and dissemination;
• complete the project application form.
